Conveyors To Fit Your Needs

This is a quick assembly unit, sold in pre-assembled sections.  There is no need to order 50 different components to get this conveyor up and running in your facility. Manufactured from 1/8” thick steel, welded construction, primed and painted a light gray to complement equipment of any other color.

The Discharge Head Drive Section: Includes everything needed for a standard set-up with the exception of the electrical motor.  You have the choice of either a pulley driven system for belt use or a sprocket driven system for chain use.  Approximate weight of unit - 140 lbs.

The Idler/Take-up Section:  Included is the Idler Tracking Pulley Assembly, heavy duty pillow block bearings and take-up slide plates with complete pusher hardware.

Intermediate Sections:  Pre-assembled in 2 foot to 10 foot increments.  Includes assembly hardware.

Our conveyor is available in a multitude of sizes 16"-30" wide with 5"-10" deep sidewalls, lengths ranging from 7' to 47' on chain units and 7' to 25' on discharge driven belt units.

Flites  Paddle is 15-3/8" long with a bend for superior support and welded on a Graetz A-1204 link with a weld surface exceeding 5-1/2”.  Formed from 3/16” plate stock with a full-length formed angle for superior strength.  Easy assembly chains.  No hammering required.  Just hook together and tighten.

Optional durable and replaceable bolt-on UMHW wear strips for longer life and quieter operation. 

Motor options:  1 hp - 3 hp.   All motors are made in America.

 Available flite spacings:  12", 14-1/2", 17-1/2", 20", 23-1/2" and 26-1/2"   Chain available painted or unpainted.
