This new link design has a wider section on the end of the hook enabling it from involuntary detaching from eye-let of the next link. This chain will run in your existing Model 400 Material Movers System and Will Not Detach in your Pit pump or sawmill blower systems. The original design of the Graetz flite is as important as the Graetz link, affording you a double life when you use Graetz chain. The Graetz rounded wear shoe is the key to extended years of service life. This large formed wear shoe is made from the same thick high-quality steel as the Graetz link. The 1/2-inch thick by 3-1/4-inch long Graetz wear shoe prolongs flite life and protects the gutter floor.                                           A full 1/4-inch thickness, Graetz flites provide maximum strength and durability. Graetz flites are welded to the link at an angle to prevent binding against the sides of the gutter while allowing close tolerance to clean the gutter. Graetz offers three types of flites to meet your needs. The Model 467 flite is four inches high at the end of an 18-inch flite. The added height helps prevent manure rollback and carries more slurry manure. Also, the leading edge of the flite extends under the link to give you wall-to-wall gutter cleaning.
