Graetz Mfg., Inc. Shipping/Freight Policy
All On-line sales are shipped UPS Ground. All Freight shipments are F.O.B. Pound, WI
- All shipments are completed best way unless carrier preference is indicated on the purchase order or requested by the customer.
- If picking up at our location, please call 920-897-4041 to schedule a date and time.
- Freight Estimates: Graetz Manufacturing provides freight and shipping estimates.
- If items can or must ship via UPS in a multitude of boxes a reasonable handling fee of $4.00 per excess package will be added to the invoice.
- Shipping Damage Policy: You must always inspect your product and report damaged or missing goods within (3) working days.
Policies Change/Substitution Policy:
- Graetz Manufacturing reserves the right to make changes and substitutions without prior notice on materials and designs consistent with our policy of product improvement.
- We can ship to virtually any address in the world; some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
- When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on first order in, first order out with your items and the shipping options you choose.
- Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping weight estimates may appear on the product page.
- Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. Information about the weight of any such items can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
- Typical Material Mover/Gutter Chain ships in 42” x 42” x 36” heat treated wooden enclosed crates.
Graetz Mfg., Inc. Returned Merchandise Policy
The purchaser has three working days from the date of receipt of the goods to report any discrepancies between actual quantities received and those listed on the packing slip. All shipments are pre- weighed & documented prior to shipping for shipping quality assurance. After 3 working days, no quantity credits will be issued.
Please note Custom produced products are not returnable; any product returned for credit, repair or replacement must first be acknowledged by an authorized Graetz company official. At that time a “Return Authorization Number” will be issued. Once an Authorization Number has been issued, the product must be returned F.O.B. Graetz Mfg., Inc. within 20 days or the request will be canceled and no credit will be issued.
Upon Graetz Mfg.’s receipt of the product and proper review, replacement product may be issued. Under no circumstances will credit be allowed against your account without both a Return Authorization Number and Credit Memo.
